About

A product and AI innovation company.

AithozPM helps organisations turn complex business problems into simple, scalable digital solutions.

Why we exist

Most organisations do not have a shortage of ideas about AI. They have a shortage of honest judgement about which ones are worth funding, and the product capability to take the good ones all the way to production.

That gap is what AithozPM was built to close. We sit between the business question and the technical answer — close enough to the business to know what a result is worth, and close enough to the build to know what it will actually take.

How we are positioned

We describe ourselves as an AI Product & Innovation Company rather than a consultancy or an IT services provider, and the distinction is deliberate. It reflects the range of work we genuinely do — product management, strategy consulting, digital transformation, mentoring, and our own products — without implying that we are a body shop for delivery capacity.

The practical consequence is that we take positions. An engagement produces a recommendation we are prepared to defend, including when the recommendation is that you should not proceed.

Vidhu Saxena

Founder & Principal Product Consultant of AithozPM, with more than twenty years of international experience across product management, digital transformation and product consulting.

That experience spans PropTech, FinTech, e-commerce, SaaS, CRM, ERP and recruitment platforms, across the Indian, GCC and European markets. The recurring thread is marketplaces and discovery products — businesses where the whole commercial engine depends on matching supply to intent, and where getting that matching right is worth more than any individual feature.

The work now concentrates on where AI genuinely changes that equation: property discovery, classifieds and intent, collections strategy, and the practical question of where AI creates return rather than merely capability.

Alongside client work, a significant part of the practice is mentoring — working with product managers moving into strategy, first-time product leaders, and founders acting as their own head of product.

How we work

Four things we hold to

These are the commitments that shape what an engagement with us actually feels like.

  • Start from the business number

Every engagement begins with the metric that has to move. If we cannot name it, we are not ready to build anything — and we will say so before you spend money finding out.

  • Simple beats sophisticated

The goal is the simplest thing that solves the problem and can be maintained by the team you actually have. Elegance that nobody can operate is not elegance.

  • Be willing to say no

The most valuable thing an outside perspective offers is the ability to recommend against something. We would rather lose the work than build the wrong thing well.

  • Leave capability behind

Engagements should end. We work so that your team can continue without us, because a consultancy that makes itself indispensable has failed at the actual job.
